After five full years of persistent effort, the restoration of the historic residence on Manor Ave and West Cliff Drive is complete, and the owners can enjoy their home and its prime location at Cowells Beach. The house was built in 1928 as one of the first built on what was dubbed at the time "Millionaires Row".

The virtually new home includes a discreet addition
over the back of the garage and a two-bedroom detached ADU. The work was challenged by historic and design approvals, Covid delays, and a structure in very poor condition. John Winterburn and his able team built an almost entirely new home while retaining the historical features and character, and Nancy Van Natta and Associates designed the interior and selected fabulous finishes.
